Policy.

Thank you for subscribing to Scrolo. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s when refunds may be available and how to request one.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using Scrolo features
  • Duplicate payments or billing mistakes
  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days of your first subscription purchase

All refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.

2. Refunds Are Not Available For

We generally cannot provide refunds for:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Subscription renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
  • Change of mind after significant use of Scrolo
  • Unused subscription time after cancellation

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us:

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction / order ID
  • Reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. App Store Purchases (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit Apple’s refund page
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select your Scrolo purchase
  4. Submit a refund request

5. Google Play Purchases (Android)

If you subscribed through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google.

To request a refund:

  1. Open your Google Play account
  2. Find your Scrolo subscription purchase
  3. Select the refund / report option

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling your subscription stops future payments but does not automatically refund your current subscription period.

You can cancel your subscription from:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Scrolo → Cancel Subscription

Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Scrolo → Cancel

Web: Log in to your Scrolo.app account → Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription

Please remember:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
  • You will keep access until your current billing period ends

7. No Partial Refunds

Scrolo does not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.

After cancellation, you can continue using Scrolo until your paid period expires.
